We are an online shop, which means:
- We are able to offer you lower prices
- You are welcome to browse and order online 24/7
- You (or your courier) can collect your online order, but call immediately before collecting
Pay within 3 days to secure items and pricing. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 3 days; to release products to other customers.
Proof of payment enables us to pack your parcel in preparation for cleared payment.
Goods remain the property of Shop-n-Scrap until paid for in full.
Some bank transfers (eg from Standard Bank) can take up to 3 working days.
Pay as per the payment method selected for your order. If you pay by another method, there can be additional charges for your account eg cash deposit attracts a R30 minimum charge.

Processing your order
We usually process orders within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment, but this can exclude weekends and public holidays.
Do not confuse processing and shipping times. Shipping is performed by couriers and their T&Cs can be viewed on their website.
Tracking info will be automatically be emailed to you via the Shipped email. Allow approx. 24hrs for tracking info to show on the courier's website.
If you have not received your Shipped email with tracking number after 3 days of making payment, email us with your enquiry only after the 3rd day.
Postage / Shipping / Collections / Deliveries
You (or your courier) can collect your online order, but call before collecting (we do not make prior arrangements/appointments)
Self-collect and limited visits can be accommodated some afternoons between 2-5pm. We reserve mornings for the processing and courier collections of shipments.
We are not a courier or transport company. We offer various 3rd party postage/shipping options.

We cannot be held responsible for 3rd party inefficiencies or losses. Once you have received tracking details, contact the couriers directly for additional information.
Insurance is automatically included up to R1000 per shipment. Additional insurance is available on request.
We will assist with any claims between you and the courier company.
Weekend and public holiday delivery rates are not currently supported in our shipping models. These rates are more expensive, generally unreliable, and we do not recommend them.
We need to book the courier collection before 10am for same day delivery (in Pretoria and Johannesburg only); provided your payment reflects in our bank account.
Please plan your order and payment accordingly, and be reasonable with your expectations. eg do not place an order on Thursday afternoon, and expect delivery on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (even if selecting overnight delivery option).
We generally exceed reasonable service expectations.
